1. General Provisions
1.1. The online store bio24.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is operated by Artur Korbut, conducting non-registered business activity in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Entrepreneurs’ Law Act of March 6, 2018.

2.1. The platform offers the delivery of organic food products, with detailed descriptions available on the product page.

3. Payments

5. Withdrawal from the Contract and Returns
5.1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods without giving any reason, except for products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should send a withdrawal statement via email to bio24sklep@gmail.com or by post to: ul. Kameralna 6C/10, Gdynia, 81-597, Poland.
5.3. The customer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Products with opened or tampered packaging, or products that cannot be resold due to their nature, are not eligible for return.
6. Complaints
6.1. In case of discovering product defects, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the purchase date, provided that the product's shelf life allows it.

6.4. The complaint will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. The customer will be informed of the decision via email or phone. If the complaint is accepted, the customer is entitled to a product replacement, a refund, or a price reduction.

7.1. The Store processes customer data in accordance with the GDPR.
7.2. Personal data is used solely for order processing, customer communication, and marketing purposes if the customer has given consent.
7.3. The customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These terms and conditions are effective as of January 2, 2025.
8.2. Matters not regulated herein are subject to the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
